We have a policy of Zero Accidents to our staff, the Environment and the Communities in which we operate. Every member of our staff and worker supports this policy and each plays a part in making a Zero Accident policy successful. Everyone at LGT is expected to participate in this culture of safety.

Some of the initiatives we have taken to ensure this Zero Accident policy include:

  • HSE training/induction for all Staff and Visitors;
  • Development of extra HSE cases;
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all Staff and Visitors when working in or visiting our open and closed work areas;
  • HSE Awareness open days for all Staff and families.
